At My Survey Help, we believe your project should meet the exact expectations you set. That’s why we offer free survey edits and flexible revisions for all survey design, configuration, and data analysis services. If our final delivery doesn’t align with your original instructions, we’ll revise it—quickly and at no additional cost.

Whether you’re ordering a custom survey, requesting SPSS data analysis, or following our SurveyMonkey guide, we work to get it right the first time—and we fix it fast when it’s not.

When Do Free Survey Edits Apply?

You can request up to five free revisions per order. To qualify, your request must meet the following conditions:

1. Stay Within Your Original Instructions

Your revision must match the scope you shared when placing the order. That includes your research objectives, survey flow, logic (such as skip patterns), layout preferences, branding, and tool selection (e.g., Google Forms or Typeform).

If you want to add new elements—like changing platforms, introducing a different audience, or adding new sections—we’ll provide a fresh quote since that falls outside the original scope.

2. Submit Your Request in Writing

To keep everything clear and accountable, send all revision requests by email. Include specific feedback and reference your original order where possible. This helps us respond quickly and accurately.

3. Act Within the Timeframe

To receive free edits, you need to submit your request within seven days of receiving your final project files. After that, we’ll treat your request as new work and quote accordingly.

4. Keep Within the Revision Limit

Each project includes up to five free survey edits as long as the above conditions are met. If you need more, we’ll assess the new scope and provide a fair rate.

What Do Free Survey Edits Cover?

We provide free edits for issues that fall within your original instructions. These typically include:

  • Logic or flow errors in your survey

  • Formatting or branding inconsistencies

  • Incorrect question phrasing or ordering

  • Minor layout issues in survey tools or reports

We treat these as priority items and aim to resolve them quickly.

What Doesn’t Qualify as a Free Edit?

Some types of changes fall outside the scope of free revisions. These include:

  • Switching from one survey platform to another

  • Adding brand-new questions or sections

  • Submitting a different dataset for analysis

  • Requesting changes more than seven days after delivery

In these cases, we’ll treat the request as a new project and provide an updated quote.

How Long Do Revisions Take?

We begin working on your edits as soon as we receive your request. Most free survey edits are completed within 12 to 30 hours, depending on complexity and availability. If the revision involves more technical elements, we’ll communicate any delays in advance.

Please note that we do not issue refunds based on revision turnaround times.
